The Making of Nigerian Kilishi
Kilishi is a spicy snack made out of Nigerian beef that forms part of the food culture of Northern Nigeria. It is an initiative of man's effort to preserve excess meat.
The process of making the Kilishi is quite a long and tasking one, as the Company makes sure to inculcate adequate and clean methods of production.
